Returns and Exchanges
Refunds for change of mind are not permitted, we will however offer exchange on certain items within 14 days of your delivery date if the item has not been worn and is in the exact condition and packaging it was received in.
Items that are not exchanged/refunded include earrings (due to hygiene reasons), personalised or made to order jewellery, sale items and postage costs.
Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.

Cancelling or Changes to orders
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order you need to email enquiries@ellehill.com.au immediately and we can see what stage your order is at. If production has not begun we can cancel or change your order. If production has already started any changes will incur extra charges.
Domestic Shipping
All our orders are posted through Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $5 for postage within Australia or free postage for orders over $75. If you wish to purchase express postage you can add this to your cart for a cost. If you wish to add tracking to your postage you can also purchase this.
International Shipping
International postage is done through Australia Post. A flat rate of $30 is charged. This includes tracking.

Promotions and Sales
All promotions and sales are only valid during the stated timeframe. Sales can not be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other offer. Sales are only valid for items in stock at any given time. Refunds or exchanges are not valid for sale items. Any sale or promotional offers may be modified or terminated at any given time without notice.
Frequently asked Questions
How long does it take before I get my order?
Your order will be posted within 2-5 working days from the order being received and payment made. If you need it quickly please email enquiries@ellehill.com.au and ask if this is possible.
During busy periods processing times will be long such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and the build up to Christmas.
What fonts can I chose from?
There are three main font that we use. Hand written, Fancy and Mini Block.
Some pendants will only be able to have certain fonts due to size restriction. This will be indicated in the description.
How do I clean my jewellery?
Your silver pendant can be cleaned with a silver cloth.
Can I change my order?

Can I have stamping on the front and back of my pendant?
No – due to the nature of hand stamping we are unable to stamp on both sides of a pendant.
Will you stamp something on my own pendant?
No. We only stamp on our own pendants. Hand stamping is completely done by hand, which means there is always the chance of human error. If we make a mistake on one of our pendants we can get another one and do it again, we cannot do that with your pendant.
Can I have names added later to my Elle Hill pendant?
Yes. You can add names after your original purchase. There is a small stamping fee and your are responsible for the postage cost. To have additional names added please contact us at enquiries@ellehill.com.au
Does my pendant come in a box?
All of our necklaces come beautifully presented in a branded gift box – ready to give as a gift.
